My first blog... it was one of many New Years resolution and now its a reality. Check that one off the list... and now time to relish in the accomplishment of a completed resolution. Funny how so many posts came out during the first few days of the year... come February and where are we all with our resolutions? Well- I'm right here taking care of business-TCB- from now on...This old gaucho to the left here did his own kind of TCB in the Argentine Pampas of yesteryear... Today we may forget to enjoy the quiet times that are needed throughout the day to find fulfillment in what we accomplish- Well I will take this opportunity to truly relish this one with my MatĂ© and BĂscochos!
